1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Ready To Ship Wigs ONLY are dispatched within 24–48 business hours.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

During busy periods, promotions, sales, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Please read the product descriptions carefully, as any details listed there will confirm the information provided here.



2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


Delivery time begins after the processing time.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Express Delivery: 2–3 business days

Next Day Delivery: 1 business day

(Available only if ordered before 12pm, Monday–Friday)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location or external factors.

Please note: Shipping carriers may also experience delays during peak seasons and holidays.



3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Standard UK Shipping is available for orders over £150.



4. International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.

Delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.



5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

You may use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.



6. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you need to make a change, email us immediately at contact@trueluxehair.co.uk.

Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.



7. Undeliverable Packages

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping fees may apply.



8. Lost or Damaged Packages

True Luxe Hair is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

If this occurs, please contact us at contact@trueluxehair.co.uk and we will assist you with filing a claim with the courier.
