We strive to provide high-quality wigs and hair extensions. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
• Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, wigs and hair extensions must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging, including any attached tags
• Free from any alterations, styling, or damage (e.g., cutting, dyeing, washing, etc.)
• Non-refundable Items:
• Custom-made or personalized wigs and hair extensions
• Opened or tampered packaging of wigs and hair extensions for hygiene reasons
2. Proof of Purchase
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any refund request.
3. Refund Process
• How to Request: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team at contact@trueluxehair.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
• Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
4. Refund Method
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, store credit will be issued.
5. Exchanges
• Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Exceptions
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@trueluxehair.co.uk. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you and ensure that the issue is resolved promptly.
