All of our Ready To Ship & Preorder wigs come customised meaning they come with bleached knots, pre-plucked hairline, and styling.

Baby hairs can be added upon REQUEST if the unit you desire isn't pictured with them already added.

If you would like to order a wig uncustomised, we also sell uncustomised wigs in our catalog.

We are based in Oxfordshire. We send out all orders using Royal Mail if you are based in the UK. We also offer pick ups. Please contact us for more details if you will like to pick up your order.

All of our hair has a processing time (the time it takes to confirm your payment, create a wig and fulfill your order).
Ready To Ship wigs have a processing time of 1-3 business days. For preorders please allow 7-14 business for processing. After processing your wig will be shipped via your selected postal method. All packages will have a tracking number.

We recommend that if you are a beginner, to buy a closure wig. They are less maintenance and can last longer if they are taken care of properly.

If you are familiar with frontals and understand and can keep up the frontal wig then go for the frontal.

Our wig’s can last 2+ years with the proper maintenance.

Our wigs are made with our 100% virgin hair collection.

All of our closure wigs are made on a standard mesh cap and come with an elastic band for extra support. They are machine-made and are completely glueless!

Frontal wigs can be worn glueless IF installed by a professional.
The majority of our wigs are 5x5 HD lace closures unless specific in the wig description.
